Steve founded AJ Construction in 2003 with the dream of building a company providing the highest quality of services with the personal touch of a family firm. Before starting his family-owned business, he spent nearly 20 years with Medical City Healthcare as their Director of Operations where he learned exactly what property managers and owners need to maintain consistent and effective performance. From there, he started working with individual tenants to keep their business in the day-to-day while undergoing a thorough renovation, and the result of that exposure was AJ Construction Enterprises.

With that experience, Steve has grown the organization into one of Dallas-Fort Worth's premium General Contractors where he has created a strong foundation that allows his trusted team to pave the way for his forward-thinking future. Steve’s open door policy is appreciated by all. Whether it's a client, partner, or team member, he’s always available for a fireside chat.
